甘くてみずみずしい有機栽培人参

りんごのきのした農園の本業はりんごですが、実は冬人参作りにも力を入れています。
地元や首都圏生協の消費者から毎年ご好評いただいている人参にはこのような特徴があります。

①　とことん土づくりにこだわって有機栽培しています
→海藻、牡蠣殻など海のミネラル成分を含む有機JAS肥料をたっぷり漉き込み、ふかふかになった土で育てています。
②　栽培期間中農薬を使用していないので、皮ごと安心して食べられます
→太陽熱で土壌を消毒しているので、4年連続して農薬を使用していません。
（※）太陽熱土壌消毒：畑全面に透明のビニールシートを真夏に3週間ほど張り、太陽熱エネルギーで地温を上げ、土壌中の病原菌や雑草の種子を死滅させる技術
③　びっくりするほど甘くてみずみずしい人参です
→とてもみずみずしく、サラダやスティックにはもちろん、煮たり焼いたり、どんな調理法にも向いています。青臭さをほとんど感じないため、人参嫌いの人でも好んで召し上がっていただいています。大きめサイズのものでもみずみずしさや甘さは変わりません。
④　無洗なので長期間保存できます
→保存状態が良ければ冬中持ちます。

This year again our solar heat has successfully killed weeds, allowing us to omit the usage of pesticides, for four consecutive years. As for fertilizers, we have used only organic ones, mainly marine-borne.

Our carrots will be a mix of various sizes and shapes--you will get your "normal" looking ones like the ones you see in the supermarket, as well as mini-sized ones, ones that may be split in the middle, or have two "legs", or some with insect bites--but let us assure you that however they may look, they all taste the same!

We supply our carrots to local markets, kindergartens, restaurants as well as to a cooperative in Tokyo. Our carrots are reputed to be fresh, sweet and crunchy. and our customers keep coming back to us to get more of these incredible carrots that make you feel so blissful.
They will be delivered unwashed--so that you may keep them fresh and last longer than when washed.

Our carrots are best eaten fresh, but are also highly recommended cooked in whatever style.
