栽培期間中に農薬を一切使用せずに育った安心・安全なビーツです。その独特の色合いと風味から、サラダやスープ、スムージーなど、様々な料理でご活用いただけます。ビーツはビタミンC、カルシウム、鉄分、食物繊維など様々な栄養素を含んでおり、美肌効果や免疫力アップ、便秘解消など、数々の健康効果を持ち合わせているので「スーパーフード」とも呼ばれています。

健康志向の方、また栄養価の高い食材を毎日少しずつ取り入れたい方にぴったりな野菜です。日本ではまだあまり馴染みがないビーツですが、健康食材としての注目度急上昇中。新しい食感や味わいに挑戦してみてはいかがでしょうか。

▶　調理方法
　ビーツはロシアや中央アジアなどで有名な「ボルシチ」に代表されるスープ以外にもサラダやピクルス、ローストや和食に合うレシピなども多数あります。サラダに使うのであれば、イチゴやオレンジ、プルーンやクルミなど、フルーティーで甘い食材と相性抜群です。また、鶏肉やアボカド、キノコなど、旨味の強い食材とのマッチングもおススメです。スムージーにする場合は、バナナやヨーグルト、はちみつなどと一緒に混ぜると、飲みやすくなります。

Introducing our deliciously fresh and nutritious organic beetroots!

Kinoshita Ringo Farm's organic beetroots are grown on our small-scale farm without the use of any pesticides or chemicals, to ensure that only the healthiest and safest products are provided for our customers' consumption. In addition, these beetroots are manually seeded, weeded and harvested to maintain their quality. They will be hand-selected and checked individually to ensure only the best gets packed for delivery.

These beetroots are perfect for incorporating into your daily meals, whether you want to enjoy them raw or cooked. You can add them to your salad for a fresh and colorful kick, or as a delicious side dish that complements your protein dishes. These beetroots also make for a great natural food coloring agent, perfect for baking, coloring sauces, or glazes.

A mix of different sized beetroots will be packed and shipped refrigerated（クール宅急便）for you. They will be unwashed, so that they may be kept fresh for months in your refrigerator.
